SECTION MANAGER IN CATEGORY RANGE ACCESSORIES, P & C, ALCOHOLS

- Analysis of goods flow and stock levels in stores within the product category;
- Responsibility for sales results for a sub-category of products
- Caring for product exposure in accordance with brand standards;
- Comprehensive management of the subordinate team: motivating and caring for the professional development of employees;
- Ensure effective communication with the Purchasing Department and with other departments within the Group structure;
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service;
- Reporting on indicators analysis and budget implementation;

- Higher education
- Experience in managing the goods flow in the Retail industry;
- Knowledge of the assortment of sub-categories of products
- Experience in managing a team of several people, motivating staff, taking care of their development and sales results;
- Very good knowledge of Estonian, good knowledge of Russian and English
- Ability to provide the highest standards of customer service in the store;
- Very good organization of work and attitudes towards goals;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to analyze sales reports and customer service and decision-making based on the conclusions drawn.
