Customer Service Specialist (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch or Finnish)

• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Answering e-mails
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information

• Speak and write Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Dutch fluently
• You have very good English knowledge, oral and written
• You have good service attitude and are great at creating dialogue with different people
• You are computer literate. General knowledge of soft- and hardware.
• Are responsible, accurate and with a positive attitude
• Are able to handle an occasional stressful working day
