SWEDISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The candidates we are looking for have good communication skills, are exceptional problem solvers and like to help people. Customer service
specialists answer customer´s questions mainly through email and social media and take care of customer complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.

Excellent Swedish language skills, including writing;
Good writing skills;
Good English language skills;
Positive attitude;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; general hardware and software knowledge;
Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for client;
Being interested in technical support is an advantage;
Available to start working asap
