In this position, you will be responsible for the team management in the assigned sales district, as well as the recruitment of suitable staff. You will supervise the planning, development, motivation and on-the-job training of the selected staff. Furthermore, you will ensure that the concept standards of the company in the district are met impeccably. Moreover, you will perform thorough district-wide process analysis and offer improvements when needed. Finally, you will be responsible for managing key figures in the district, which include staffing structure, KPIs and many more.
Mandatory requirements for the candidates are:
- University degree
- Excellent Estonian and English spoken and written skills
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to go on an 18 months traineeship within Europe.
Candidates with similar work experience and knowledge of additional foreign languages are preferred.
