Vendor Cooperation Baltic Manager

Citadele Leasing is looking for a Vendor Cooperation Baltic Manager to lead and develop our vendor channel across the Baltics, strengthen key partner relationships, and drive successful cooperation on a regional level.

GET READY FOR:
- Strategic development of Vendor Cooperation channel on a Baltic and local level;
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with Pan-Baltic/Local partners (producers, importers and dealers of particular asset) via active cooperation with local vendor cooperation teams;
- Act as “One point entry” towards the vendor partnerships;
- Coordinate the approval and ongoing management of the cooperation strategy, reporting, and other agreed terms and conditions for Vendor partners at the Pan Baltic and local (country) levels;
- Coordinate implementation of legal framework (agreements and supporting documents) and processes, related to proper management of Vendor relationship and business;
- Handling and helping with the vendors credit granting and credit line allocation inside Citadele Leasing.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Economics or Finance field;
- At least 5 years experience in Leasing partnership or cooperation with external partners;
- Excellent English and Estonian language skills;
- Proactive, flexible and thriving with deadlines personality that is driven by a positive mindset to achieve the best feasible result in a changing and challenging environment.
