UX Copywriter

Spinwise is seeking a talented UX writer to join our team. Your primary focus will be researching, creating, and testing content for our digital products and services. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that the content is integrated seamlessly into the user experience and supports our product goals.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct UX research and testing to create copy that addresses user needs and meets business goals
• Collaborate with designers and developers to understand the user journey and ensure content is optimised for each step
• Continuously evaluate content effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Possess knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing
• Ability to identify and solve specific user challenges through creative copy
• Possess strong writing skills with excellent grammar and the ability to write in different voices
• Collaborate effectively with the design team 

• Proficiency in written and verbal English and Estonian. Finnish is a major plus
• At least 3 years of experience in UX writing, UX design, or a related field
• A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create effective and engaging copy
• Understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies
• Strong research skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of design tools like Figma
