Training Coordinator

• Training office administration at Tallinn training facilities, training administration and set up for the training held in those facilities and any related tasks.
• Managing accommodation and travel requests within the department and help students’ in their arrangements.
• Responsible for training marketing concept and providing input for social media, ads, promotions, training newsletter, website, etc.
• Responsible to evaluate and provide feedback to Engineering/Sales Manager on new requests for services and opportunities that require Training Unit’s involvement.
• Responsible for supporting other members of Training Unit as needed including invigilation of exams.
• Responsible for full customer experience including proper and frequent communication with clients, managing Learning Management System (LMS) content and customer support.

• Hold university/aeronautical degree of aviation education or 2 years of experience within aviation is considered as an advantage.
• Good English language skills - both spoken and written.
• Computer literate (MS Office + any experience in LMS systems).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Proven competence for managing workload and plan resources.
