Top Engineer

The TOP Engineer’s main responsibility is to manage the turnover process between erection and commissioning on the site. He is in charge of the internal handover of systems and subsystems from erection process to commissioning process.

Tasks
• Implementing a TOP progress control tool and updating it on a weekly basis
• Informs the management constantly of the turnover process
• Checks with the Commissioning Lead Engineer the completeness of each package in the field before turnover
• Ensures that all necessary quality documentation is done and archived. After that he prepares the TOP certificates
• Monitors the current stage of erection process and informs management of delays
• Reports TOP related progress to the Site Manager
• Acts as a communication interface between erection and commissioning

• Technical education
• Several years of practical experience in Power Plant construction, commissioning, operation or maintenance.
• Fluent English and Estonian skills (written and spoken).
• Motivated and goal-oriented Team player
• Good communication and leading skills
