Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out test planning, procedures and work instructions of electronic products in accordance with customer specifications and requirements
- Setting up and configurating test programs, fixtures and equipment as required by the customer specifications, test planning and test standards
- Developing test programs, fixtures and test equipment per customer requirements, test planning and test standards, verifying their appropriateness
- Validating test methods, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data results
- Analysing the fault and participating in troubleshooting
- Supervising and performing calibration, maintenance, repairing and proper marking of test equipment
- Recording all testing data into data management system
- Writing test reports
- Providing testing related technical support to production team, performing and supervising production testing, performing trainings
- Supporting new production development and production planning
- Performing other testing-related duties as required
- Participating in factory improvement projects
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s technical degree or equivalent (or at least 2 years’ experience)
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify complex problems and analyse related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to adjust actions in relation to others’ actions
- Capability to design test systems
o Selection of instruments, design connections between product and instruments, relays
o Writing test software to automatize test flow execution
