Job Description

- Lead qualification and customer acquisition over the telephone
- Organizing presentation dates for our account manager
- Running cross-selling campaigns
- Providing potential clients with competent answers to their questions over the telephone


- ideally, be a native speaker of Swedish and Norwegian, with good English language skills
- have a strong education in a business/technical related subject
- have a proven track record in a similar role
- understand the business of contact or call centers
- have strong relationship management/building skills
- be able to work closely with Account Managers, discussing qualified leads & performing proper hand-off
- ideally, be familiar with CRM systems such as
- ideally, be familiar with Microsoft Office & Outlook
