Job Description

Deploying sip proxy system (open sips) with media proxy server 2.0 (RTP).
The proxy server should accept incoming calls and forward them to SIP <-> PSTN gateway.
System has to have realtime prepaid billing.
Call control has to interact with python server that gets data from database.
Web interface should be implemented in python or django.

Requirements

Programmer has to be competent in:
Open SIPS - SIP Proxy/Registrar/Presence agent
Media Proxy - RTP media relay
Call Control - Prepaid engine
Postgres – Database
