Bzzz, the story of CityBee, a shared mobility company, started back in 2012 in Lithuania. After 8 years, we have become a leading car-sharing company in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Today we operate in 3 countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. CityBee has over 2 thousand vehicles (including passenger and cargo cars) in its fleet and more than 750 thousand users. Our main goal is to simplify everyday life by offering innovative urban mobility, in this way reducing urban congestion and CO2 emissions. Thanks to CityBee services, there are up to 15 thousand less cars in the streets and parking lots since one shared car replaces 12 privately owned cars! As Citybee Estonia Country Manager your responsibilities will include:

• To be responsible for the managing of the CityBee Estonia team, provision and improvement of car sharing services in Estonia;
• To develop, scale and optimize new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow;
• To lead the customer engagement process by implementing various social media marketing and other communication campaigns;
• To develop the company’s culture and overall company vision;
• To Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company;
• To oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

Requirements

The candidate with a perfect fit:

•  At least 5 years of team leadership and operations experience for a high-level management position;
• A person with integrity, full of ideas and energy to inspire others;
• Innovative, driven by operational excellence, high knowledge of different business functions;
• Superb negotiator, communicator, and collaborator;
• Able to quickly navigate in the changing environment, passionate problem solver, outside the box thinker;
• Proactive - take ownership of growth and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of services;
• Fluent in English and Estonian (Russian considered as advantage);
• B category driving license.
