TECHNICIAN / ENGINEER

Your role on this this position is to guarantee the smooth running of Lectra solutions after installation within the customer’s site, as well as to make on site interventions to solve the problems effectively and make preventive maintenances according to the service contracts. Remote support and diagnosis on the systems will be part of the job as well. The job requires travelling in Baltics and Northern Europe.

We expect you to have
 Professional education in electronics/ mechatronic/ electricity/ mechanics and/or working experience as an technician/ engineer
 Good Estonian, English and Russian language skills
 Strong interest in mechanics, computers and network
 Skills to troubleshoot and analyze client support needs and service-minded attitude
 Driving license
 Knowledge about Oracle DB and CAD/CAM equipment is an asset
