Technical writer

Preparation of training materials, manuals, video tutorials and presentations for ERP system users.
Arrangement and conduct of training sessions, webinars and trainings for users, introduction of ERP functionality;
Administration of ERP users’ training center.

Higher education in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related field;
At least three years of previous experience with ERP systems and writing training materials;
Good Russian, Estonian and English;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Ability to analyse feedback and optimize training processes.
