Job Description

PayProcc Financial Network OÜ is a B2B payments technology and sales agent business. We support merchants with payment gateway / orchestration integrations and work with licensed PSP/acquirer partners (partner-led underwriting and settlement).

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will own day-to-day technical support and implementation coordination for gateway integrations and live merchant operations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and documented in a controlled, audit-friendly way.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Support merchant technical onboarding: configuration, API integration coordination, testing, go-live checklists
Diagnose and resolve integration and transaction issues (logs, API requests, gateway settings, basic HTTP troubleshooting)
Coordinate incident resolution with PSP/acquirer partners and internal stakeholders
Maintain support documentation (runbooks, SOPs, integration notes, change logs)
Support evidence requests related to onboarding and troubleshooting (non-custodial model; partner-led settlement)

Requirements:

2+ years in technical support / implementation / integration support (fintech, payments, or SaaS preferred)
Comfortable with API concepts (HTTP, JSON), reading API docs, basic troubleshooting
Strong written English; Estonian is a plus
High attention to detail and strong process discipline

Nice to have:

Payments knowledge (3DS, acquiring flows, chargebacks)
Experience with ticketing tools and structured incident management
