Creative Mobile is an independent game developer based in Northern Europe. We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who would help the company's employees in the software and hardware operations. You should be a “people person” with great communication skills and a proven desire to help people.

 

Responsibilities:

  • first line of support for company employees;
  • development of the instructions for working with hardware and software;
  • computer maintenance, software installation, and configuration.

Requirements

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or System Administrator at least 1 year;
  • strong knowledge of the computer hardware components;
  • basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS);
  • understanding of IP networks and network protocols;
  • ability to find solutions in open sources;
  • proactivity, desire to learn something new, excellent teamwork skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
  • fluent Russian;
  • knowledge of technical English (Intermediate+).
