We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Tartu, Estonia. In this role you will be providing day to day operational support to our internal entities. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.
Responsibilities
- Addressing requester tickets regarding software;
- Conduct remote troubleshooting;
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs;
- Develop analytical models and reports;
- Help create technical documentation and manuals;
Requirements
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills;
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions;
- Data-driven analytical mindset;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
