Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who is hard-working and committed to ensuring customer success. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the public transport industry by providing exceptional support to our customers.

Your main day to day activities include:

  • Providing well-thought-out and accurate guidance, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain Turnit’s services
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Understanding customer requirements and helping them effectively use specific features
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues and questions are resolved
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing with other stakeholders in our company
  • Writing and updating manuals and documents  
  • Managing issue resolution

Requirements

We would be excited if you would match the following:

  • Ability to teach and learn
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to write and update documentation
  • Good understanding of REST API-s
  • Experience in using Postman and Inspector tools
  • Adequate understanding of SQL (KQL is a plus)
  • Understanding of Kibana
  • Affection for data analytics is a big bonus
  • Ability to multitask and flexibility for on-call rotation
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • “Get Things Done” attitude
