Technical Support Coordinator

* Organization of repair activities and programming work for production equipment and tools
* Organization of planned maintenance for production equipment and tools
* To ensure effective use of human resources, equipment and spare parts
* Leadership in improvement and development of existing systems & methods and equipment & tools
* Technical Support Team resource planning and teamwork development. Assistance in developing team member’s competences

* Special technical education
* Professional knowledge about technology in the electronic industry.
* At least 1 years of work experience related to production in EMS business or electronic industry
* Leadership or project management skills
* Team work orientation, change management
* Estonian, Russian and English on good level written and spoken
* Work with technical documentation , drawings, CAM/CAD files
