To perform minor managing works, repair works and simple electric installation works
To organize and control the work of the technical personnel
To control rational use of the resources allocated to managing needs

Technical education (specialised secondary or higher education)
Experience in managing large or medium object
Ability to organize and control the work of technical personnel
Experience with technical documentation and conclusion of service contracts
Certificate in electrical safety (B or C group certificate). Certificates in fire safety and operation of heating systems are desirable
Good knowledge of Russian language
