Team Leader / Site Manager (location Sweden)

We believe that you work as teamleader or site manager today, with welding and assembly of steel works and maybe also concrete and reinforcement works. Most likely you have a job you enjoy but are starting to feel the urge to step on a new challenge where you as a person and employee will have a significant role in our development. Your language skills are important, you should know English both spoken and written, and preferably some Baltic language or Russian. We will reward you in terms of salary if you are also keen to learn Swedish when you start working.

We hope you are a solution-oriented person who sees opportunities where others see problems. You are structured and used to technical drawings, you are good at explaining things to others as well as working manually.

• Higher education in construction
• Ability to prepare and plan weekly and daily forprojects under your team management
• A role model when it comes to workingenvironment and safety
• Good knowledge in MC Office program
• User of digital solutions
• Very good at reading drawings, plan andexplain how to do the work
• Very good command of English both orally andin writing
• Very good organizational and negotiation skills
• Team management skills, experienced inleading 6-15 employees
• Work together with team at site when needed

• B category driver`s licenseBonus skills
• Knowledge / Experience: Team leader or Sitemanager for construction work (Steel works)
• Experience in the field of metal structures
• Basic knowledge in the field of soil mechanics
• Proficiency in Russian, Estonian, Latvian,Lithuanian, Swedish
