We will trust you with:

• Developing and carrying out talent acquisition strategies for assigned projects
• Managing the entire recruitment process
• Collaboarting with pan Baltic People and Culture team in setting a standard for talent assessments, benchmarks, and interviews
• Establishing and maintaining long lasting cooperation and partnership with technical and other schools
• Establishing and ensuring there’s attractive long term intern recruitment and development program in place
• Colaborating with marketing department to build innovate talent acquisition campaigns
• Maintaining good relations with past and potential candidates
• Administrating all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee
• Onboarding new employees and ensuring they are warmly welcomed in Moller Auto
• Leading employer branding activities
• Staying updated with talent acquisition trends
• Maintaining up to date information on career site and recruitment system
• Engaging in different People and Culture related projects and initiatives

• Proven experience within talent acquisition
• Understanding of recruitment process, techniques & tools
• Interviewing skills and experience
• Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding activities
• Good understanding of onboarding process
• A confident and outgoing personality who likes networking and socializing
• Good communication skills, both interpersonal and written
• Fluency in Estonian and English
• Strong decision making skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A positive 'can do" mindset
