Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner!

As a TA Partner, you will be a part of a diverse Northern European TA community. No two days are the same, however on a typical day you will aim to support in creating an outstanding candidate experience, secure demanding hiring needs, build our brand & improve our tools and processes. In your role as a TA partner you will:

  • partner with Hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired, by taking care of the end-to-end recruitment processes; from job ad creation, recruitment marketing, selection of candidates, conducting interviews & assessments to offer & onboarding.

  • identify relevant sourcing channels, for main roles within customer service.

  • work hands-on in improving our various candidate touchpoints; through improving our recruitment tools & processes.

  • contribute to building & strengthening our employer brand through internal and external channels, for attracting Transcom’s most valuable assets – our people!

  • secure that the multiple recruitment needs are fulfilled within the SLAs and deadlines.

  • develop and maintain relations with hiring managers and stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Requirements

  • You can identify and engage talent, to provide a unique and positive candidate experience. After all, our candidates are our potential future employees & colleagues.

  • While sourcing, you are aware that people are more than just their resumes & think out of the box on how to attract the best talent for our open positions.

  • You support and challenge Hiring decisions, to secure diversity in our recruitment.

  • You know how important a job ad is in targeting the right audience, and there is no harm in a little extra creativity.

  • You have a passion for building and promoting our employer's brand, through internal and external channels, and know how to leverage social media for talent attraction.

  • You know the power of first impressions; taking care of newcomers will lead to more engaged, and better-performing employees.

  • You thrive on working across cultures and nationalities and know that diverse teams make better business decisions.

  • You are passionate about digitalization. You have a good understanding of recruitment systems & tools & leverage them in your recruitment processes.

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment

  • You are a native Estonian speaker and also have English language skills (at least B2 level)
