The Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Genius Sports plays an important role in providing consistent, centralized support to our Talent Acquisition Partners as they identify finalist candidates and move to the final interview and offer stage of the full cycle recruiting process. The TA Coordinator will ensure timely and efficient processing of all necessary information and paperwork to ensure legal compliance as the TA Partner moves candidates through the process to the offer and hire stages.  

Requirements 

  • Proven ability to perform administrative work utilizing strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy. 

  • Proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment. 

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and complete high volume of assigned work accurately. 

  • Demonstrated success in working effectively and efficiently under pressure. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters. 

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. 

  • Prior experience working within a talent acquisition team preferred.  

  • Experience with detailed reporting and tracking advantageous. 

Responsibilities 

  • Facilitating Interview scheduling/coordination for the different Talent Acquisition Partners in a global scale. 

  • Work in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data. 

  • When requested, assist the Talent Acquisition Partners by performing basic screening of job applicants over the phone to ascertain whether they meet the minimum requirements of the open position. 

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners on each hire and be the point of contact to finalize all necessary paperwork and assure a smooth transition to People Operations Team. 

  • Take ownership of candidate journey: establish interviewer and candidate availability, schedule meetings, provide logistical support for meetings on-site and coordinate travel arrangements where necessary. 

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners by attending and giving logistical as well as administrative support for job fairs and recruiting events. 

  • Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
