Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Genius Sports Talent team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Tallinn office. You will be supporting our Talent team with full-cycle recruitment for Operational and IT positions, coordinating local employer branding activities and manage talent acquisition projects. Your responsibilities:

- Manage full life-cycle recruitment for Operational and IT roles
- Take ownership for internal and external recruitment channels and tools
- Ensure excellent experience for every candidate throughout the process
- Coordinate and prepare interviews for Hiring Managers and candidates
- Execute and coordinate all activities related to local recruitment events (hackathons, networking events)
- Attend career fairs or other recruitment events
- Build partnerships with universities and other organizations to keep the active pipeline of candidates

- Experience with the full life cycle of recruiting: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, communication with customers, and closure on offers
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical people
- Positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and goal-oriented
- Coachable and desire for improvement
