The offer
As a Swedish Speaking Team Leader in Transaction Monitoring, you’ll develop and enable your team’s performance and individual empowerment through clear target setting and a strong coaching approach. You understand the differences that make people unique and you are able to use those individual skills and competences to create a high performing team that contributes to operational excellence.

Transaction Monitoring Processing is a part of Group Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions. In Transaction Monitoring we strongly contribute to fighting financial crime by running an efficient and effective operation for all Business Areas with activities and processes related to transaction monitoring. The efforts needed for fighting financial crime such as terrorist financing and money laundering are continuously increasing.





What you’ll be doing:

You are a leader who recognizes the value of good leadership. While leading a local Swedish team, you have a strong Nordic and global mind-set, and you are enthusiastic about cross-border cooperation with the colleagues and stakeholders in the other countries. Previous experience with change management is considered a big advantage. Further benefits are driver skills, which would enable you to take on relevant roles, when needed.

The area of financial crime is complex and thus a strong interest and knowledge about relevant topics, such as anti-money laundering, will create a strong platform for you to support your team in the journey towards operational excellence.


The role is based in Tallinn, Estonia.
