Your work involves in- & outbound calls as well as associated back-office tasks, where your main focus is on facilitating our (large, international) client with enthusiasm and dedication. The conversations you manage will be mixed in nature, for example, check customer insurance data for our client with other insurance providers to better manage & facilitate claims handling. Our employees should be able and willing to provide up-selling where a client requires this. You’ll be starting up this new team, providing ample of opportunity for professional growth when successful.
Requirements
• Very good spoken and written Swedish (at least on B2 level);
• Very good spoken and written English (at least B2 level);
• Passionate about providing excellent customer care;
• IT knowledge and ability to learn new systems and programs fast;
• Great attention to detail;
• Patient;
• Willing to up-sell where required;
• Previous experience from customer service roles is a plus.
