Job Description

To provide effective and on-time handling of customer orders and forecast including correspondence check with customer agreement
To coordinate information exchange related to the customer order changes and other order or forecast connected questions
To assure together with account manager customer satisfaction

Requirements

BA or college degree or equivalent working experience
Experience and knowledge of customer
Good written and spoken English, Russian and Estonian skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge about work –related computer programs and how to use them
Knowledge about international business communication rule
