Supervisor

What you will do
• Follow test system maintenance plan
• Coordinate the testers maintenance and repair work
• Assign tasks to team members (technicians), planning daily/weekly/monthly activities
• Support production testing as 1st line support
• Reporting and tracking of done work, supervising testers performance and acting for problems
• Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders
• Develop team skills, empower team members
• Secure resources to cover team tasks
• Make proposals to improve work environment and methods

You will bring 
• Proven experience or technical education (preferred in Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanics)
• Leadership skills, ability to supervise the team
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Good understanding of Russian language
• Proficiency in computer usage including MS Office
• Understanding of production environment and rules
• Representativeness, good social skills and strong personal drive
