Job Description

As a Supervisor of the support team you are responsible for effective communication and information sharing; organizing day to day work, process flows and leading your team. You are also in charge of providing all relevant information to client and maintaining a strong relationship with the client. Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for everyday workflow, effective communication, process flows and teamleading
  • Organization of work within the team: composing schedules, vacations, calculating working hours etc
  • Enhancing the performance and efficiency of the team
  • Driving high quality of service
  • Administrative responsibilities in the absence of the manager
  • Training assistance and identifying training needs within the group and provide feedback to the management
  • Mentoring and assisting new hires, ensuring high motivation level
  • Problem escalation
  • Reporting operational statistics and other reports
  • Handling customer complaints


  • Experience as a Supervisor/Manager
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and Swedish mandatory, other languages will be an advantage
  • Experienced user of MS Applications
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to motivate the team
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast paced environment
  • Result-oriented and attention to details
  • Systematic and self-initiative working approach
  • Sense or urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to adopt instructions and handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Background in one of the following areas: Customer Service, Sales, After sales, claim handling experience
