OVERALL PURPOSE
Maximise Sales and profit performance through the delivery of excellent customer service and consistently high visual and retail standards.

KEY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Achieving store sales and profit targets
• Driving customer service standards within the store
• Effectively implement promotional activity and pricing policy to the Brand standard.
• Effectively leading and developing the store team
• Ensure team maintain Brand visual standards at all times.
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities to merchandise team.
• Networking effectively across the franchise business and externally
• Staying up to date with current brand and competitor activity

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in managing a retail store

• Fluent in Estonian / Russian and English languages
• Proficient user of MS Office
