Job Description
Our client Global IT company is looking for an energetic and passionate Startups Coordinator, to lead their startup programs in Estonia and Baltics region. In this role you will be a key figure in the startup ecosystem and will be critical to fueling its growth.
As a Startups Coordinator, you will lead all of company's startups activities in Estonia and Baltics, build partnerships with startups and engagements with the local startup ecosystem players, focused on cloud, and learn how to best leverage company's resources to empower and grow a healthy, diverse and innovative startup network.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage startups within the company Startups programs, while supporting them as they develop as true business partners of the company
Invest in and grow strong partnerships with accelerators, investors, innovation hubs, community groups, and more
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping startups grow, familiar with and invested in the startup community in Estonia and Baltics, and excellent at operations and program management.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in program management, cross functional collaboration, relationship building, and contribute to fastest growing businesses at the company.
Requirements

2+ years of business development and customer facing experience

Experience in cloud technologies and program management

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Out of the box problem solving skills

Bachelor degree or higher (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering, Technology)

Excellent English and Estonian
