We are looking for a profile to join the COBELEC team for the Rail Baltica Energy Subsystem (ENE) Design & Build project. This is a chance to work on one of Europe’s most significant infrastructure projects.
"COBELEC PS", General Partnership consisting of “Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios S.A. and Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos S.A.U” is developing the Europe’s largest electrification contract consisting in design and construction of the electrification subsystem for the Rail Baltica railway project, worth €1.77 billion.
Electrification will power 870 km of railway and more than 2,400 km of tracks across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Main responsibilities
- Managing engagement with project stakeholders (in local language if required) across local authorities, statutory and non-statutory bodies (including environmental & technical organizations), industry & business, land & property, communities, and other parties to establish strong working relationships.
- Development and delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Experience and knowledge of building permit process in Estonia.
- Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Manage stakeholder engagement coordinators, providing guidance and directing their workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers in the RBGP stakeholder team and the PMO (Project Management Office) team.
- Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders.
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales.
- Prepare and manage workshops, roundtable and forum logistics including developing agendas, project plans, minute taking and production of reports.
- Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on stakeholder database.
- Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress.
- Provide input into weekly/monthly project reports.
- Attend Stakeholder Engagement Working Group and expedite actions arising.
What we expect from you?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineer.
- At least 10 years of experience in positions which include the same set of responsibilities.
- Minimum B2 level of English and B2 Estonian.
- Previous experience in big infrastructure construction projects.
- Good communication skills.
