What WDo: 

  • Sportstech - Data capture, management and analysis tools that help leagues run their sport, unlock new revenue streams, and protect the integrity of their competitions. 
  • Video - Fully automated streaming technology, production and distribution services that help showcase sports to the world.   
  • Sportsbook - Everything a sportsbook operator needs to manager their operation and grow profits – all powered by the finest live sports data available.  
  • Media & Engagement - We help brands and publishers engage and monetise sports fans with personalised campaigns and content they will love.  

Sport First Line Support Analyst role is to provide immediate assistance to our clients and partners. Your daily tasks will consist of monitoring, investigating, troubleshooting, and reporting queries from internal teams and customers with the help of multiple internal and external applications. You will be in a close relationship with our other offices around the world and with other departments in Tallinn. Each day will be different, you will be communicating with several different people and facing challenging tasks on a regular basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work and learn in a friendly environment alongside other professional and dedicated colleagues. The role is a perfect match for individuals who are passionate about sports, quick learners, speak good English, are willing to do flexible hours, comfortable with multitasking and enjoy solving problems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for our customers (sport federations & leagues around the world), who are using Genius Sports products
  • Prioritizing and solving problems
  • Providing required information for other team members or departments
  • Sharing your knowledge within the team
  • Completing additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Responsibility and dedication
  • Passion for sports
  • Knowledge/experience with modern IT solutions
  • Previous client support experience would be considered as a bonus.
