Solution Architect for ServiceNow platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to

• Build and own the roadmap and architecture for ITSM and CMDB area;
• Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to identify dependencies, opportunities for improvement and optimization;
• Manage architecture forums to ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform's technical governance and positioning;
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other area architects and senior engineers and contribute to Swedbank ServiceNow developers' community;
• Prepare architecture design documentation based on business requirements, following ServiceNow best practices and avoiding unnecessary customizations;
• Work in a collaborative and agile way of working that give you the opportunity to grow professionally.

• At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow solution architect in a large-scale enterprise environment;
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules and products like Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, HR is an advantage;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development best-practices;
• Experience in putting Asset and Configuration Management principles into practice;
• Experience in designing and developing custom applications and integrations from scratch, familiar with modern web development practices and ServiceNow development and code lifecycle management;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
