  • Transform business requirements into Oracle eBS and/or HCM Cloud code.
  • Take responsibility of technical ownership of respective IT services – ensure our systems are up to date to latest technical and security standards.
  • Collaborate with various other teams in Swedbank and gain knowledge from other industry professionals.
  • Work together with experienced international Oracle engineering team.

Requirements

  • 2-4 Years of solid experience in developing into Oracle eBS (HR and/or Payroll modules) or into Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  • Technical knowledge of Oracle applicationsPL-SQL development is required.
  • Some experience with RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), Forms, BI Publisher Reports/XML Publisher, Workflow, SQL Developer.
  • Oracle Application Framework(OAF) or Oracle Application Development Framework(OADF) skills are considered as bonus.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Objects Reports would be advantage.
  • Basic knowledge or readiness to gain some against general HR area’s business processes in order to challenge them from IT perspective.
  • Cope and follow the financial industry’s internal IT processes.
  • Solution oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of agile software development process.
  • Act as a team player, be open and caring!
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English. Any of Baltic languages and/or Russian are considered as bonus.
