Software customer support specialist (FINNISH)

We consider our customers very important, and therefore we want to offer fast and reliable customer support. We are looking for a customer support consultant with software experience to join our team to help our customers with technical issues using our products and services.

Your daily tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner by phone and email
• Share feature requests and effective solutions with team members
• Notify customers about new features
• Analyze and report product failures (e.g. by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Determine customer needs and help customers use specific features (upsell opportunity)
• Manage Jira tickets (ticket management system for customer issues)

• At least 2+ years of experience in software customer support
• Excellent knowledge of Finnish and English (both in speech, writing and communication)
• Experience using Jira (or other ticket management system)
• Good computer and excel skills
• A solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Interest in the field of IT
