As a SOFTWARE ARCHITECT (HMI) your mission is to lead HMI technology strategy, aligning it with business goals. Our HMI system enables smooth interaction between operators and unmanned robotic vehicles, optimizing command, control, and monitoring for superior operational effectiveness in varied scenarios.  

What You Can Do:

  • Lead the technical strategy for a domain  and design and development of complex software systems from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, technology stacks, and software architectures.
  • Mentor and guide software engineers in their technical and professional development.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption;
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the software engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into the software engineering practice as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including as an architect.
  • Strong expertise in software architecture and design patterns and understanding of SDLC methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C++, Python, Java, etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills across all levels.
  • Experience collaborating across teams. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Fluent in English.
