Social Media Specialist

We're hiring a full-time Social Media Content Creator to produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) for Tattoo Incubator — the world's leading tattoo education brand — and our growing skincare line.

Your day-to-day looks like this:

• Come to our Tallinn studio 5–10 days/month to film raw content with Torsten, a 30+ time internationally awarded tattoo artist
• Edit that footage into polished, on-brand short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
• Plan, script, and schedule posts across Instagram and TikTok
• Engage with our audience — reply to comments and DMs
• Answer occasional questions inside our student community (~15 min/day)

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day. Remote most days, studio when it's time to shoot. If you're looking for part-time or freelance, this isn't it.

Must have:

• Ability to shoot and edit Reels/TikToks — if you've done it before, show us your work
• Understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok right now
• Strong written and spoken English
• Reliable, fast, and able to follow a process without hand-holding
• Based in Tallinn with availability to be in studio several days per month
• Available for full-time work (8h/day, Mon–Fri)

Nice to have:

• Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools
• Experience managing a brand's social media account (not just personal)
