Responsibilities:
- Develop SMM strategies that captivate and engage our audience (over 100,000 PMU artists worldwide already follow us).
- Plan, approve, and execute the content strategy for Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Coordinate marketing activities, delegate tasks to team members or execute them independently (storytelling, retouching, creating Reels).
- Develop and maintain our visual style.
- Organize photo- and video shoots.
- Manage targeted advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with subcontractors.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English and Russian (mandatory!) and Estonian (advantageous!).
- Deep passion for marketing and social media.
- Proficiency in working with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other marketing channels.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms.
- Excellent time management skills and a high level of responsibility.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm even in high-stress situations.
- Quick learner and proactive.
- Diligent approach to work duties.
