SME Manager in Estonian branch

We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced SME Manager who has a solid background in banking sphere working with business customers and looking for new challenges!

As a SME Manager, you will work with new and existing customers, establish cooperation and trustful communication, based on personal touch to customers.

- experience in banking sphere, in active sales and developing business relationship with
SME segment customers;
- good understanding of SME business field;
- experience in structuring lending transactions;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- good analytical skills and ability to set priorities;
- proficiency in English and Estonian;
- energy, positive attitude and ability to deal with challenges.
