About the role...

Kõu Factory is looking for an SMA Engineer to join our team.

You will be responsible for the whole SMA line: line operation, process development, SMA line machinery renewals, and leading machinery maintenance & repair. Kõu Factory is producing PCBAs for our IoT modules and electric vehicles. 

SMA Engineer is a member of the SMA team and works closely with factory team leads, industrial engineers, test engineers, and Kõu Mobility Groups product engineers.

Requirements

About you...

• We expect you to have a technical background, experience in operating an SMA line, or experience in repair and maintenance for SMA lines. 
• Educational background in mechatronics or a similar field is a plus. You will work with small components and put great care into details. 
• You should not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done. We would like you to be conscientious and precise to keep our production standards high. 
• The ability to prioritize tasks and keep up with the production plan is essential in this role. As our team is international, you should have a good command of English.
