SHIPBUILDING SUPERVISOR,
It’s time to shine with the LTH-Baas team!

We are seeking highly motivated, qualified, energetic, and innovative steel/piping/welding Supervisors who are willing to take up the challenge of managing shipbuilding and repair projects all over the world.

Some of the team members have been with us for over 20 years and take pride when our vessels are launched and delivered to their respected owners.

What are the day-to-day tasks of the Shipbuilding Supervisor?

• Organizing and controlling ship repair steel, welding and piping works;
• Evaluating the progress and conducting quality control;
• Managing project staff;
• Preparing project cost and work-time estimates;
• Calculating and ordering materials.

Requirements

• Experience in shipyard steel, piping or welding works;


• Team management experience;


• Excellent verbal language skills in Russian and English;


• Extraordinary communication skills;


• High level of self-discipline and good stress tolerance;


• Desire to travel all over the world and to work in multicultural environments.
