SHIFT MANAGER

Shift Manager ensures that during their shift the Live Dealer Studio works smoothly, efficiently and according to agreed standards at all times.

Shift Manager lead their appointed team members, monitor and assess their performance and plan development. Shift Manager is responsible of the studio when there’s no higher-ranking person in the premises and in case of emergencies. Co-operation with IT and HR department secure smooth running of different processes and communication.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Lead and motivate their team of Floor Managers. Planning and organizing team meetings, team events, retraining, regularly appraise and monitor performance and giving constructive feedback to team members.
• Knowing and following all studio procedures at any given time. Informing direct subordinates, when needed.
• Strictly following the procedures related to card and gaming related equipment. Address and resolve customer and studio employees complaints.
• Responding, organizing, directing or solving issues in case of emergencies or unexpected situations, at the times when no higher ranking person is not in the office.
• Demonstrating outstanding internal and external service in accordance with Studioworks guidelines.
• Ensuring every studio employees’ correct appearance during shift, in accordance with company guidelines by advising Floor Managers.
• Checking staffing level in different shifts and call in additional staff when there is shortage of employees in any of them.

• Previous experience working in Live Dealer Studio
• Very good communication and English skill (C1).
• Precision and eye for details.
• Constructive feedback giving skills.
• Good self presentation.
• Good computer user skills (MS programs).
• Planning and organizing skills.
• High work ethic and positive attitude.
• You are able to work with full time workload and have willingness to work in all shifts - morning, afternoon, night.
