SHIFT LEADER

We are looking for a Shift Leader who will consistently manage all direct staff. You ensure the smooth running of the production process; assure that all products are produced to the specified specifications.

The main goal of Your work is to complete the production plan and operational management of the work, including analysis of the need for staff and planning for exchanges.

At least 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing field, preferably in the electronics industry
Higher education and/or vocational education
Experience in a leadership role
Basic knowledge of production planning (5S, lean manufacturing)
Oral and written Russian, Estonian and English language proficiency
Mid-level knowledge of MS Office systems
