Job Description

Your role is to provide service to Fortum corporate internal customers. You will be responsible for opening, closing and updating supplier information; financial authority profiles and authorities according to company rules. You will also handle user rights and provide customer service in specific financial applications eg. in travel expense, work-time management and reporting tool. Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.

Requirements

The job is for you if

• You have very good verbal and written English. Finnish or Swedish language will be advantage

• You have a customer-oriented mindset and problem solving ability

• You have good communication skills and you are not afraid to take responsibility for your work

• You have an interest in managing several software applications

• You are looking for a chance to continuously develop your skills
