Job Description
Your role
is to provide service to Fortum corporate internal customers. You will be responsible for opening, closing and updating supplier information; financial authority profiles and authorities according to company rules. You will also handle user rights and provide customer service in specific financial applications eg. in travel expense, work-time management and reporting tool. Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.

• You have very good verbal and written English and Finnish or Swedish language
• You have a customer-oriented mindset and problem solving ability with interest in managing several software applications• You have good communication skills and you are not afraid to take responsibility for your work and personal development
