Service Development Manager

As a Service Development Manager you will:
- lead the end-to-end service development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget
- ensure effective service lifecycle management, including launch, monitoring performance, gathering customer feedback, and making iterative improvements
- conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with stakeholders to define service requirements, specifications, and user stories
- translate market insights into actionable strategies, ensuring our service offerings remain competitive and meet evolving customer expectations
- collaborate cross-functionally to align service strategy with business goals, engage stakeholders for feedback, and foster strong relationships to drive product success

We will be happy if you:
- have experience (3-5 years) in product/service management or business development, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce or supply chain industry
- have bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- have excellent Estonian and English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders
- have analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- are results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets
- have strong business acumen and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities
