Service coordinator

• To coordinate and organize daily work schedule for service mechanics.
• To communicate with customers to coordinate service requests, deadlines, changes etc..
• To make service and parts quotations.
• To digitally process and prepare service reports.
• To control service mechanics work quality, overall performance.

• Education and work experience in technical area (automotive, machinery).
• Experience in customer support.
• Very good Estonian language skills, good Russian and English language skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to acquire new programs.
• Customer oriented with good communication skills.
• Highly organized, very good planning skills.

• Local and international trainings, good work conditions.
