Service and advice agent

Your job is to:
Ensure that all customers get professional service;
Proactively uncover customer needs and act on identified sales
leads in order to deepen the customer relationship
Receive and handle customer requests and questions via telephone or chat.

Your written and spoken Finnish skill is at least at level C1;
You are open communicator;
You are customer friendly and love working in customer service field;

Flexible work hours in the evenings, at nights and on the weekends;
